Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Under special circumstances, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the hair has not been opened, worn, washed, brushed, colored, or altered in any way.

The security ties/bands must remain intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error with the order.

Once the returned product passes inspection, we'll ship the replacement.
